Open a new document, not too small. Hit D on your keyboard and take the Gradient Tool. Set "Mode" to "Difference" in Options Bar. Now make a lot af gradients on your document. Go crazy here!

Now you already have to choose the colour of your tutorial.
Go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Sat and choose a color there. Remember Colorize.
Duplicate the layer and activate the copied layer. Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl and set it to 300. Activate the other layer and go to Filter > Distort > Twirl again, but this time, set it to –300.

Down in Layers-palette, set the upper layer to Overlay. Remember that the result will never be the same.
You are finish.
